Adolf and Michaela Schacherleitner bring a beutiful, exotic car to the Ennstal-Classic: a 3 ltr. Lagonda Touer from 1933 with 140 HP.
The American Wilbur Gunn deviated the name from a river that was close to his hometown. In the language of the original inhabitants it was called Lagonda Creek. Shortly before the turn of the century Gunn emigrated to the UK where he founded the Lagonda Motor Company in 1901. In the 1930ies Lagonda became famous due to successes in Le Mans. Lateron the brand was included in Aston Martin but in 1964 it was stopped as an individual brand.
