Aston Martins most sucessful pre-war car is the 1,5 ltr. Ulster.
Masterminded by the Italian Augustus Cesare Bertelli, the Ulster attained famousness due to the successes at the Tourist Trophy in Brooklands, at the Targa Florio and in Le Mans.
Only 21 pieces were built, one of these will drive this year's Ennstal-Classic. Michael and Denise Pachleitner drive an Aston Martin Ulster MK II Special from 1935. With 140 HP they won 2019 the sixth place in the hard-fought epoch II.
