Both - driver and car - are legends: Rudi lins (76) has been European mountain champion in 1967 and was called into the Porsche factory team.
At the Porsche Design Grand-Prix of Gröbming (Saturday, July 24th 2021) he will demonstrate a Porsche 907. As a Porsche factory pilot of Porsche he celebrated his largest success in Le Mans 1970, where he finished on the third place together with Dr. Helmut Marko.
The Porsche 907 was developed in 1967 as a successor for the 910. The long rear version had its premiere under Hans Herrmann and Jochen Neerpasch at the Nürburgring in 1967. They finished on the 4th place. The long rear version became a short rear version. The 907 had an 8-barrel boxer engine with 2195 ccm and 270 HP with a top speed of 295 km/h.
