Ennstal-Classic… WELCOME TO THE FAMILY
The Ennstal-Classic 2026 will take place from July 22 to 25 and offers an abundance of joy and emotion – experiences that are becoming increasingly rare these days – namely, the joy of driving in the last paradise!
What began in 1993 as an idea to celebrate “motorsport as it once was” with just over 30 participants, quickly developed into one of Europe’s most renowned classic car rallies. Over the years, legendary figures such as Sir Stirling Moss, Niki Lauda, Derek Bell, David Coulthard, and Sebastian Vettel have contributed to shaping the event’s iconic reputation, making it a true icon of historic motorsport.
The Ennstal-Classic uniquely blends sporting challenge with the celebration of classic motorsport culture. Over the course of three days, participants cover more than 1,000 kilometers through breathtaking Alpine scenery. The event remains entirely analogue: in a world of digital aids, here, mechanical watches and the pure feel for the rhythm of the road still reign supreme. From the fast curves of the Red Bull Ring to the steep hairpins of the Stoderzinken, every kilometer offers a distinctive experience that reaches its emotional climax on the final day in Gröbming: when the mechanical symphony of engines breaks the silence during the Demo Grand Prix, it delivers pure goosebumps to thousands of spectators and brings racing history back to life.
The weekend is complemented by outstanding gastronomy and exceptional venues. Beyond the competition, the focus remains on the community, sharing stories with friends and forging new connections. The festivities culminate in the “Night of the Champions,” where the winners are celebrated, and the rally finds its glamorous conclusion. The Ennstal-Classic is a celebration that uniquely brings together motorsport heritage, spectacular scenery, and lifestyle. For drivers and fans alike.

Planai-Classic … one of the last true winter adventures
The snow gets deeper, visibility worse, the Dachstein road steeper – and slipperier. Snowdrifts narrow the road, the stopwatch is ticking. Gusts of wind from the Dachstein almost blow the vintage cars off the road, windshields freeze over.
The Planai-Classic lives up to its reputation: three days of winter adventure with cars built up to 1976. Winter at the Niederöblarn alpine airfield, winter in the side valleys of the Ennstal, winter on the Gröbming trotting track – and as the grand finale, winter on the perfectly prepared Planai road.
All of it without all-wheel drive and without electronic aids. This is driving stripped down to its essence – a return ticket to one’s youth. Whoever takes part experiences one of the last true adventures in classic metal.
Dates: January 14–16, 2027
Registration deadline: November 15, 2026
