Participation Conditions

Ennstal-Classic 2026

To qualify
cars have to be of historical significance and value and should not have been built after the 31st December 1972. They should possess an official approval and homogenization for road service. Cars have to apply to the period-specification. In case of doubt, documentation (from the certain period) is asked for. The number of participants is limited and therefore a selection procedure will take place. Participation only by personal invitation from the organizers.

Time and distance measuring
Only purely mechanic stopwatches (with analogue displays) are allowed, as well as only mechanic distancemeasuring-devices. Digital watches and electronic devices in any form are forbidden. Permitted are only basic calculators with one-line displays without saving function.

Registration
Please fill in the registration form on our homepage or on paper and send it to our office. Please either upload a picture of your car or send and e-mail to office@ennstal-classic.

Entry fee
The entry fee is € 4.100,– and contains:

  • participation of 1 car (driver and co-driver)
  • Check-In & Rally-check
  • starting number & medals
  • team garment
  • goody bag
  • four evening events and catering along the route
  • contribution to climate neutrality

Vredestein Youngster Trophy
The Ennstal-Classic endeavors to inspire young people for old cars, which is why we have created the Youngster Trophy together with our long-standing partner Vredestein. Thanks to the support of Vredestein and the Ennstal-Classic, a team with driver and co-driver under the age of 30 is entitled to a reduced entry fee of € 2.700,-.

Only complete entries (registration, payment of the entry fee, and photo) that are received by the organizer on time will be accepted. The organizer reserves the right to carry out a selection process. Confirmations of participation will be sent out after the selection process has been completed.

Data-protection:
In order to advertise our events and coordinate projects that are part of our events we publish names of driver and co-driver, nationality and the exact description of the car including pictures in different information sheets and forms like entry lists, results, and the official printed program.

For newsletters and press releases the data is made publicly available. Therefore, we make use of the pictures the participants send us before the event. Also pictures and videos taken by our official photographers will be published on our website (gallery Zenfolio) and will be used on social media platforms like Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter as well as for press releases, news on our websites, folders and so on. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the office only. In the event of a cancellation after confirmation of entry, regardless of the reason, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded up to May 31, and 25% will be refunded up to June 30. In the case of a cancellation after this date, the organizer will retain the entry fee in full. Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the starting spot to the following year. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of a cancellation, the refund process includes a fixed administrative fee of €75.00.

Advertising
Basically cars have to be free of advertisements. Allowed are only logos that are approved by the organizers – this is true also for caps, jackets and polo-shirts.

Liability
The organizers do not take any responsibility for personal or material damage.The drivers take full responsibility of any civil or criminal damage and the consequences during their participation in the event. The whole rally has to be driven according to the Austrian Road Traffic Regulations.

Accommodation
You will receive information concerning our hotel partners with the confirmation of your participation. We reserved rooms for our participants. Please choose your favorite hotel and book your rooms directly at the hotel.

Companions
You can book a package for your companions. As confirmed participant you will receive the registration form automatically via e-mail.

Climate neutrality
Your starting fee includes the contribution in order to compensate the carbon dioxide output. We inform you about the project that will be supported after the event.
