New Catering Partner for the Ennstal-Classic: Die Chef Partie Showcases Regional Cuisine in the Newly Redesigned Classic Tent
Starting this year, the Ennstal-Classic introduces a delightful new addition. With Die Chef Partie, the renowned vintage car rally welcomes a new catering partner. They will provide culinary accompaniment for participants in the Classic Tent in Gröbming.
Die Chef Partie stands for honest cuisine, the highest product quality and a clear commitment to regionality and seasonality. Most of the ingredients used are sourced from regional producers and partners, many of them certified organic.
The concept of “Heimatgefühl” (a sense of home) reflects a philosophy rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship and genuine flavour.
