New Catering Partner for the Ennstal-Classic: Die Chef Partie Showcases Regional Cuisine in the Newly Redesigned Classic Tent
Starting this year, the Ennstal-Classic is set to enjoy a delightful new addition: With Die Chef Partie, the renowned vintage car rally welcomes a new catering partner who will provide culinary accompaniment for participants in the Classic Tent in Gröbming.
Die Chef Partie stands for honest cuisine, the highest product quality and a clear commitment to regionality and seasonality. Most of the ingredients used are sourced from regional producers and partners, many of them certified organic.
The concept of “Heimatgefühl” (a sense of home) reflects a philosophy rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship and genuine flavour.
“‘Heimatgefühl’ is, for us, synonymous with good and honest cooking. When it comes to our core ingredients, we rely on the quality of regional producers and organic partners.
Even though we are capable of representing cuisines from around the world, nothing convinces us more than the diversity and quality of our regional products,” says Andreas Birngruber, Managing Director of Die Chef Partie.

The newly redesigned Classic Tent, which from this year onwards will also feature new, high-quality furnishings, provides a harmonious setting for meeting, exchange and enjoyment.
As the central meeting point for participants, teams and partners, the Classic Tent combines culinary excellence with a contemporary ambiance, underscoring the event’s high standards — not only in sporting terms, but also in atmosphere.
The Ennstal-Classic looks forward to collaborating with Die Chef Partie Catering and to many enjoyable moments that will contribute to a truly well-rounded rally experience, uniting tradition, quality and modern culinary delight.

Anyone who would like to experience this interplay of driving culture and culinary art live still has the opportunity to register until March 31.
